Jakarta – The Indonesian Sharia Property Association (APSI) held a series of strategic events, namely the 9th National Work Meeting (Mukernas IX) and the Basic Sharia Developer Training (PPSD), from December 13 to 15, 2024, at Hotel Gren Alia Prapatan, Jakarta. These events aimed to strengthen synergy among members, build industry players’ competencies, and drive innovation to create a sustainable sharia property ecosystem.
Mukernas IX served as a strategic platform to enhance relationships among APSI members and facilitate collaboration with sharia financial institutions as strategic partners. Meanwhile, PPSD educated property developers from various regions, including Jakarta and West Java, on business practices based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. The training covered comprehensive material on sharia contracts within the property business.
Danasyariah supported and participated in this event as one of APSI's strategic partners. During the PPSD program, Danasyariah was represented by Salman Alfarisie, Marketing Manager, who served as a speaker. He presented the sharia property financing services offered by Danasyariah, providing insights and financing solutions to attending developers.
The Chairman of APSI, Ir. M. Abubakar, expressed his appreciation for Danasyariah’s support for the event.

The APSI Mukernas & PPSD serves as a platform to strengthen relationships among members, as well as part of APSI’s efforts to recruit and screen new members while bridging collaborations with sharia financial institutions, including Danasyariah," he said.
Danasyariah's presence in APSI’s series of activities is expected to contribute to strengthening the sharia property ecosystem in Indonesia. It is hoped that more people will benefit from sharia-based services in the future.
