Jakarta – PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (Danasyariah) actively participated in the BPR Syariah Leadership Forum 2025, held from February 20-22, 2025, at Hotel Melia Purosani, Yogyakarta. This event was initiated by the Association of Islamic Rural Banks of Indonesia (HIMBARSI) and was attended by over 100 participants, including regulators, academics, and industry players from the Islamic finance sector.
The BPR Syariah Leadership Forum 2025 served as a strategic platform to strengthen the Islamic banking ecosystem in Indonesia. Under the theme “Transformative and Collaborative Leadership in Responding to Industry Dynamics,” the forum featured various seminars, discussions, and networking activities aimed at fostering a more solid and innovative Islamic finance industry.
Representing Danasyariah at the event was Madjid Abdillah, General Manager (GM) of Danasyariah, who delivered a presentation on the advantages of Islamic financing products and services to an audience comprising directors of Islamic Rural Banks (BPR Syariah) from across Indonesia. In his presentation, Madjid emphasized the importance of synergy between Islamic fintech and BPR Syariah to expand access to Sharia-compliant financing in Indonesia.
"We hope that Danasyariah's presence at this forum will open opportunities for collaboration with BPR Syariah, allowing us to collectively develop a more inclusive and sustainable Islamic finance industry," said Madjid.
In addition to the presentation session, Danasyariah also set up a booth, providing a platform for participants to learn more about Danasyariah's services and explore potential collaborations.
